THE FEELS.

We all feel them, we all at times feel ashamed to feel them and express them as we grew up in a society that only showed that ONE emotion is totally acceptable while others should be shamed on. How awful because it is like choosing one season of the year and ONLY celebrating that one and shaming the other seasons. When ALL seasons are beautiful and they have their pros and cons, just like our emotions.

Emotions are there to let you know that something is up even if we define them as "negative" emotions. They still exist and we cannot deny them or feel ashamed that we feel anger, sadness, resentment, judgement etc. We have to come to a place to accept what we feel and express them in a safe container so that we can release them.


FEELING IS HEALING GUYS!!




How many of us have bottled those emotions inside of us because no one ever explained to us how it is safe to feel, express them and release them? I know I have done this to myself for a number of years where finally my body couldn't take it anymore and ended up having a stroke because of my pent up emotions. I literally felt my anxiety cause a stroke and that was the moment I realize I absolutely cannot allow myself to bottle up any emotion even if the world defines it as "bad". See folks, emotions when we bottle them up get stored in the body because we aren't releasing it. Emotions just like everything else is just ENERGY. Energy when it isn't released has to be stored in our energy body and if you do that enough times, the body needs to start getting smart in ALTERNATIVE WAYS in order to release the emotions you have stored up. That can look like a stroke like I had, anxiety attacks, bulimia, hysteria, cancer etc. It's any way your body finds it easiest to release the energetic stored emotions because our body can only take so much.

So when I work with my clients, we start to see what is the ROOT of their problem as most of the time this ends up being a stored emotion when they were kids never understanding how they can release these emotions. When we start looking at these emotions that they have experienced as kids or a earlier part in their life, they begin to open that wound up which can be scary and very vulnerable but it is absolutely essential in order to release that emotion.




Once you begin in releasing that emotion, the body and mind naturally will start to heal itself from it because that emotion is no longer stored in your body.

Your body's intelligence is so smart that it knows what to do once you dive into the emotion and explore, that is literally the moment it starts to release and heal.


A lot of people don't feel safe to do this by themselves which I understand why but you definitely can release all those stored emotions just by mediating in silence and listening to what you intuition wants to bring up for you. It is an amazing way to feel & heal.

To witness and remember what you have been storing in your body and then giving it the space and permission in order to start releasing it. The only way to do that is to really go into the feeling, feel everything you possibly can and release it, releasing it by crying or shaking (however your body will choose to release it) but be vulnerable enough to go into the feeling and just release.


You will feel so much better when you can witness everything you have been holding onto and letting it go. Of course this won't happen in just one meditation session but the more you meditate and give your body the permission to feel, witness and heal, the more layers you will start letting go of.


You will begin to feel like a new person.




It is the only way to truly heal yourself from everything you have experienced, go into the feeling folks, FEEL it as much as you can, love that version of yourself that went through the experience and then just let it go.


You can absolutely do this and your mind, body and soul will thank you for it.
