This post may come as a shock to most of you but I believe happiness, fulfillment and joy is truly taken for granted. We believe that either most of us are happy naturally or that happiness should be something so easy to attain.
This thought alone can lead many people down a path of anxiety, depression and feeling worthless as they question themselves why they don't feel happy 24/7 or why is it that happiness is something that is NOT EASY for them and something that isn't natural.
Not to worry loves because I am here to tell you all that happiness is something that definitely IS NOT EASY FOR MOST OF US!!! Most of us struggle with finding those happy moments in our life, being happy day to day and thinking if we don't feel happy all the time, that something is wrong with us or our life.
& I'm here to say that absolutely NOTHING IS WRONG WITH YOU, NOTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR LIFE, quite the opposite really. MOST PEOPLE AREN'T TRULY HAPPY AND DON'T BELIEVE THAT HAPPINESS IS NATURAL FOR THEM, and they are right! So if most people feel this way and they are striving to find the answers as to why they aren't always happy or that happiness isn't something that is natural for them, this just means you are NORMAL!!
You are absolutely normal and there truly isn't anything wrong with you or your life.
See, we have grown up with this idea that we need to strive for happiness, that happiness is something that is found in places of accomplishment and achievements, which can surely be the case but happiness can also be found in the most simplest places in your life, not only the BIG and FLASHY things in your life.
Happiness can be found in nature, happiness can be found in appreciating your life, happiness can be found on a lazy Sunday afternoon in your bed, it truly is all over the place but you just have to tune in with it.

Because happiness is something that wasn't taught to us when we were younger (I know this may sound strange to most of you but I truly believe we have been conditioned to be in this place of our lives and constant search for happiness as this helps profit the bigger companies making money off of you spending your money to make yourself feel better - pretty awful right?! Right!) most of us were brought up with negative beliefs and negative ideas about ourselves and the world which leads to an UNHAPPY LIFE!!
It is the fundamental conditioning in human society and our families that make us think we need to be happy 24/7 WITH A NEGATIVE MINDSET!!!
& please tell me how are you going to create a happy life when your thinking and all your fundamental beliefs are based solely in the NEGATIVE?!?!

Creating and cultivating a happy lifestyle means actually PUTTING WORK INTO IT!! It means looking at all your past traumas, it means healing yourself from the inside out, it means doing all the things you are currently NOT doing and focusing on the things that will better your life!!

And that could look like recreating a morning routine for yourself so that you focus on gratitude and doing something good for you.
That is taking a look at your health and your lifestyle in that area and completely recreating and redesigning it so that you can feel fulfilled in that area.
That is taking a look into all your relationships and see the ones that are supporting your growth and getting rid of the ones that are not.
It is taking a look at your life and understanding the certain tools and techniques you need to start doing in order to feel happiness in your life.
It is basically fighting for your happiness.
fighting for a more positive outlook in your life.
Without your conscious effort in this negative world we have been conditioned to live in, you won't express the happiness and bliss like you would like to.

HAPPINESS TAKES EFFORT.
HAPPINESS TAKES CONSCIOUS EFFORT.
HAPPINESS TAKES TIME TO CULTIVATE.
and you can absolutely have it. But understand this, it is not natural nor is it easy but knowing this can give you the room to be easier on yourself for the days when you don't feel happy, blissful or fillfuled. It is giving yourself the space you need to process everything and understand who you are better so that you can live a better life for yourself.
Nonetheless, fight for your happiness because it is worth it. You are doing yourself and future generations a favour when you can start programming yourself to be positive and happier.
