LABELS are something that we are surrounded with either by the words on a magazine or words we heard when we were younger, often time getting identified with them. It's hard because most of the time the labels that get stuck in our head are the most negative and hurtful ones that we carry throughout our whole life. "I'm not good enough." "I'm not skinny/fit enough." "I'm not intelligent." "I'm not a person who does that" "I'm awkward." "I'm anit-social." and the list goes on.
These labels or statements of "truth" hold so much weight on our shoulders that often time, we truly cannot or refuse to break away from them. Wondering how we can escape them once or for all or completely change our situation for the better.
Thing is those labels or statements of truth aren't really the truths at all.
What happened was either when you were younger, you had an experience that made you and others to perceive you a certain way, those people made a decision and decided to criticize you for being some sort of way. *cue those beautiful and awkward childhood memories*
Or your parents weren't aware of how they were treating you and either you came up with a label yourself or they unknowingly did that for you. And because when we are little, we just want to be accepted so badly. It almost doesn't matter what label or statement of truth gets thrown on us, as long as we feel like we can connect with something, ANYTHING to make us feel like we can somehow fit in our tribe.

Thing is, when we grow up and we continue to become identified with the label or statement of truth, we start to shape our lives, personalities and experiences just BASED on that ONE label. It's awful! Because a person who ends up believing they aren't successful and fail at everything will always experience that on some level throughout their lives. Slowly accepting this and living below their absolute potential.
And many people don't truly realize this because they have lived their lives a certain way based on that label or statement of truth, that they will just tell everyone: "Oh well, this is just who I am and how my life goes!." STOP!! This is not true! Yes, you may have had experiences where those labels have felt like they were true and you decided to wear them for the rest of your life, but you must understand that once we tell our mind something like: "I always fail." your brain (our marvelous, capable, intelligent and magical brain) will always look for evidence to prove you right.
To prove your statements right!
So people who have always a beautiful experience, succeed at things and have wonderful relationships, that is because they themselves identify with those things. That they are naturally attractive and attract all sorts of people towards them. That they believe they can go out and find amazing opportunities for themselves, that they are intelligent and capable enough!
Those people just have different labels and statements of truth they have decided to associate themselves with. Thus creating their personalities, thus creating their experiences and thus creating their realities.

You do not have to accept a label that someone once threw at you. You do not have to accept a label that you no longer want to take control over you. You have the free will to change all of that. Think about the person you actually want to become, how does that person look like and how they act like. Decide how that person would think above themselves and start making the proper labels that you DO want to associate yourself with. "I AM CAPABLE." "I AM GOOD ENOUGH." "I AM LOVABLE." "I AM SUCCESSFUL." "I AM INTELLIGENT." "I AM WORTHY." "I AM HEALTHY."
State it. Feel it. Own it and BECOME IT! because whatever labels we place on ourselves, we OWN! They become us. So choose your labels wisely because they will RUN your life.

The other thing to this, is also how long are you going to practice these new statements of truth? Because whatever has owned your life thus far, holds more weight currently and your new truths have to be practiced a lot more often!
